-At the last meeting, we assigned people to workshop profs
-checkup on workshop prof status
*Ward (Tia)- emailed her but hasn't replied
*Esin (Alice)- will go see her
*Thom (Gena)- contacted her & she'll see about it
*Ahn (Lily)- talked to her and is thinking about it
Ahn said that it was a lot of work and was filling in for Williams last year- should tell her that she can work with another or do anything to make it easier
*Ivey (Lindsay)- emailed her and hasn't heard back
*S. Harris (Kristina)- emailed her and hasn't heard back

Leslie Joe and Catherine: e-mentoring program
-the program matches up female volunteers at Raytheon and students
-emailing once a week: questions about networking for jobs, what they do, etc.

Vice Presidential election
-Catherine will be going to Scotland next semester, so Lily will become a president, leaving the VP office open.
-Gena Urowsky is now vice president!
-Linday will put her on the officer's mailing list
-Alice will email Lindsay and change the website

Extraneous
-ideas about a personal finance class or seminar: SWE should look into it, talk to Career Services
-Our section won the Corning Incentive Grant for WEST!
-Go to the engineering lounge and check out SWE's poster!
