Selling T-shirts and Undies
-sold a lot today
-pass around signup sheet, may sell out before week ends
-will email swe-l if sell out so people will know they don't have to sell
-box in the back room of the LAC

End of the Semester
-last meeting next Monday 12-5
-bowling Thursday 12-8 @ 7ish
-sign up by next SWE meeting
-anyone can go who's in SWE
-passed around a signup sheet

Prof Dinners
-dinner with Dean Goroff was cancelled

WEST
-people who signed up to contact workshop profs need to get info from them (handed out sheets of requested info)
-Bassman? prob need her as part of a team with another engineering prof
-bios from last year's profs should be saved
-will email you if you need to get the prof's bio
-minimum we need from profs right now is the room # they want—can wait till February for titles of workshops etc
-WEST will be the big thing after this and through the next semester
-one of the frosh got a WEST mailing last year but didn't go because of the fee and bc it was on a Saturday
-may keep fee (just so people show up) but make fee waver more apparent

Bios for Pamphlet
-Sara will give out questionnaires
-need to get answers from profs by 12-9
-get their info off of websites beforehand
-Sara will send email out to profs tonight
-should email profs before you swing by

E-mentoring with Raytheon
-Gena did it last year and it was cool
-handed around pamphlets with signup info

Good News from Bassman
-Freshmen have already pre-registered for E-4, and 1/3 of each section is girls!
