Site Visits
-Corp relations still planning site visits to Boeing and SoCal Edison
-Boeing: 11-18
-Southern California Edison: 12-2, probably leaving at 11

Opportunity Day
-this Thursday, 11-17
-4:30 to 8:30 pm (Edwards Panel Session 4:30 to 6:00, Table Session 6:00 to 7:00, dinner in Green Room 7:00 to 8:15)
-Jamie will be the MC!
-dinner at 6:45 should be early, can stop by GA for tableing beforehand

Outreach: Tutoring 1-6 graders
-Peppertree Elementary in Upland needs homework help for students in the 1st through 6th grade after school, probably 2:30 to 3:30 or 4 pm on any day
-interest for next semester, possibly as an ongoing thing where people can opt in or out in given weeks, probably one day a week
-may need Mudd vans for transportation
-Fridays and Wednesdays and maybe Mondays would be good
-Jamie got names of interested people
-No idea if it will start this semester or the next

Selling T-shirts and Undies
-We will be selling leftover "Top Ten" tees and "Harvey Mudd" underwear the week after Thanksgiving Break.
-Alice will send out an email advertising.
-Someone (Tia and/or Jowene?) will deal with table sign.

-Haven't heard back from everybody about their professors being willing to do WEST workshops
-Biology: Williams (Lindsay)
-Chemistry: Baker (Zane?)- don't know, should ask about Logan
-CS: Alvarado (Mackenzie)- waiting
-Engineering: Cardenas (Jowene)- no
-Engineering: Lape (Sara)- yes, if she can team up with somebody

-Physics: Sparks (Jamie)- waiting
