Booklet for WEST
-college admissions counselors Betty Shanahan suggests that booklets of women in science influence highschoolers to go into science
-We could design a booklet for the WEST conference of our profs
-could get funding from admissions, etc.
-title "Science and Engineering Faculty" rather than "HMC Women Faculty"

Miss SWE
-will come up with questions for Miss SWE at next meeting
-Lindsay will email faculty asking for judges and attendance
-Alice will email students-l for male participants and later for attendance
-got volunteers for setup
-Lindsay will get info from Tia and order pizza
-Bouncers- ask for more next time (Laurel)
-get carpet (from East?)
-buy prizes for participants- next meeting
-bring questions, check old minutes
