*companies will present to the student body
*Raytheon, Honeywell, Northrup Grumman, etc
*Tia Sonjaja, Lindsay Wray, and Jowene Wang will man the table for the 5-6 pm reception
*we'll make our own name tags
*meet in the Green Room @4:50

Claudia's Speaking Skills Workshops
*her first workshop was before this meeting, it went very well (she talked about first impressions)
*three more workshops are scheduled for 11-1, 11-29, and 12-6
*the meetings will start at 5:30 pm before SWE meetings in the same room (the Central PDR), but feel free to walk in any time

Northrup Grumman Tour Wednesday 11-3
*need to know today (10-25) to RSVP tonight
*Jowene Wong interested, but no drivers
*someone will email her whether or not anyone else can go

Miss SWE Pageant Thursday Nov 4th, 7 pm
*judges Yang, S. Harris, and Orwin will be there
*Alice will email them and and Deren with details
*doors will open at 6:30, close at 7, pageant starts at 7:15, and will last about two hours
*we have 11 or 12 guys to compete so far
*have posters and table tents thanks to Gwen, need to be distributed
*Monica, Jenah, Cassy, Zane, Allison, Jamie, and Tia will do the postering Thurs 10-28
*need to get final version from Gwen and get it stamped
*Catherine of Sara will get poster to them somehow
*$5 non-crossdressed, $3 crossdressed, free pizza
*Alice will email students-l on Friday or so
*Monica and Cassy will buy prizes: 3 for the top 3, 15 for everyone, look for a sash and tiara
*gifts for judges and Deren? flower, nail polish bottles
*Lindsay Wray will order the pizza: 25-30 pizzas, call around for the best price, order the day of to be delivered at 6:15
*Monica and Cassy will buy soda: 30 2-liter bottles
*set-up: Tracy, Zane, Tia, Jenah, and Lily will be in the Green Room 5:30-6:30
*contestants need to be there at 6
*Alice will email the contestants about the details (be there at 6, dress to win, parade around, Q&A, talent, judges strongly advise staying feminine, but costume changes allowed, any accompaniment must also be crossdressed as women)
*Monica and Cassy will be bodyguards
*Tracy will ask if East has the red carpet
*Linsday and Marielle will take pictures for the event
