-got SWE volunteers to help profs in workshops, to be their contact (providing and getting information), and to introduce them on the morning of WEST

Other WEST Things
-voted on the color of our WEST t-shirts this year: deep purple won
-Shawna will ask Dean Noda to do the welcoming address
-Jamie Schoffeit will talk to Orwin about the date of the sleepover Orwin will be hosting after WEST
-Tia will be the mailing contact person for the invites to RSVP

Envelope Stuffing
-this Friday, 1-28, at 6:30 pm (poss till 8:30 pm) we will be meeting to stuff WEST invitations in envelopes, eat pizza, and watch a movie
-need people to volunteer to come, to buy soda, to pick a movie
-Alice will email swe-l about the meeting, people should RSVP by this Thursday if they didn't sign up at the meeting
-Lindsay will order the pizza

Other Things
-Career Fair this Friday: they need 2 people to volunteer 8:30-11 am (Leslie will work 10-11, Jamie Schoffeit will work 9-10)
-We got money from Google, Qualcom, and Boeing, and will be meeting with Google to thank them on Tuesday, 2-8. Anyone who is interested in Google and would like to come, let Sara know.
-Claudia Gonzalez could do public speaking workshops again this semester, but there didn't seem to be much interest at the meeting.
-Someone suggested we do a personal finance workshop like we had mentioned before. Kristina knows a financial adviser who could do a workshop.
