THAT THE VILE LITTLE VERMIN, JOHNNIE LEASHORE, led a group of unruly citizens in cursing and profaning the Lord's House at Bethlehem Baptist Wednesday night. Leashore, who should be in jail for theft, is the leading agitator on hate radio 105.3, who is stirring up people who do not live close to Bush Hog, in an effort to create controversy and hurt Mayor Evans. A sore loser, the ingrate Leashore does not appreciate how fortunate he has been to stay out of jail while shooting into homes, theft, taking money from the waterworks and people of Selma, AND MOST RECENTLY, forging the names of two witnesses on a bogus will supposedly made by his brother Bogart which left all to Johnnie (what a coincidence) and nothing to brother Calvin.
THAT JIMMY NUNN has again blindsided Mayor Evans with Nunn's presentation of a six weeks process before the Council can vote on closing the streets at Bush Hog. We hope the Mayor finally realizes that these Perkins people he has left in City are NOT HIS FRIENDS and that he will clean house, beginning with Nunn. WHY was the City able to operate for 180 years without a full time city attorney and then Perkins has to hire his business partner and friend full time at a salary of $69,000.....Talk about a waste of money!! Not surprisingly, it was Perkins who was with Nunn when Nunn announced last week at Tabernacle of Praise he was running for District Judge.
THAT Ruthless Crenshaw is now saying she will vote against closing the streets at Bush Hog. Of course, she and Leashore were all for closing the streets last year when their master, Perkins, suggested it.
THAT some people like the above do not care is we lose 300 jobs. Every council member always runs on a platform of BRINGING JOBS TO THE CITY, BUT WHEN IT COMES down to standing up for jobs, where are the "guts" to do it? We hear that only Keith, Williamson and Newton are committed to closing the streets and that every other Council Member and the Mayor are looking for some way out of the dillemma...WHAT HAPPENED TO BEING THE LEADERS WHO MAKE TOUGH DECISIONS???
