We Need Some Answers!

Mayor, this website is not giving you a "pass" on Rose Touré's calamity. As many of your past supporters have said, you are vindictive, controlling, manipulative, selfish, and always seeking retalliation against those who might criticize you. You have put together a master plan of distraction to hide the serious problems in our city.
Where is the ABI investigation involving the incident of alleged polic abuse in Selmont? Where is the evaluation report of our police department that was promised by August 15th?
When Rose's misfortune started to get quiet, you instigated the Water Board issue to supplement your grand plan of turmoil and deceit. Feeling like this issue may not last too long, you come up with a $4,000,000.00 bond issue that would put our city right back into the free enterprise system and a state of confusion and division, just like the "new school" issue to cloak the purchase of the tract of land with the ridiculously high price. As much as you and the Crenshaw Block have run the prior administration down about their handling of the Saint James Hotel it looks like you would have taught yourself a lesson in economics. Cities don't belong in the free-enterprise, for profit, market.
Again, where's the money the City saved by NOT having to pay the police officers your Chief ran off? Where is the money we were to save on your re-engineering strategies? Where is the money the insurance company paid for hurricane damages to the Public Safety Building? Where are the benefits we are to expect by paying our taxes, which pay you?
After you answer these questions, then you and your "little puppets" can play all you want, of course your playing will cost US as always, but at least we can sleep on top of our beds instead of under them where we have to hide from stray bullets and burglaries.
Your administration has failed and we are suffering for your failures. What a shame we have to give you one more year before you are cut loose to backrupt more businesses in Birmingham!
