_Why Police Chief Jimmy Martin sent one of the police officers INVOLVED IN THE HOMOSEXUAL HANDCUFF INCIDENT to a school in North Carolina SO THAT THE OFFICER COULD GO INTO PUBLIC SCHOOLS TO DO PROGRAMS FOR OUR CHILDREN...and who knows what else!!! For that act of stupidity alone, MARTIN SHOULD BE REMOVED AS CHIEF.
_Why City Attorney Jimmy Nunn let someone be on the Jury last week who had had a bad experience with one of the officers charged in the suit...and why let CITY EMPLOYEE BRIDGET MILLS BE ON THE JURY? Ms Mills is one of Mayor Perkins favorites and special hires in charge of his GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPITAL FIASCO. Ms Mills makes more than $38,000.00 per year working in City Hall. Now that she has ruled in favor of Sanders-Gaines-Moss, will she be known as "the $310,000.00 City Hall woman?"...why Jimmy Nunn let the City's acting General Services Director's wife get on the jury. Henry Hicks makes more than $45,000.00 as a City employee and his wife votes to give $310,000.00 to the Sanders-Gaines-Moss group...WHY WERE THESE PEOPLE ALLOWED TO BE ON THE JURY? We wonder.....
_Why the city's new GARBAGE TRUCKS ARE ALWAYS BROKEN DOWN. The Mayor's CITY REPAIR SHOP FOR THE CITY HAS PROVEN TO BE ANOTHER FIASCO...we thought the SHOP could at least change oil and filters, but we hear that recently they drained a police car radiator instead of the oil on one car and on another car did not replace the oil plug, so all the oil gushed out of the police car!
_WHY Chief Martin is promoting his favorites without posting the jobs or following city procedures? Looks like more law suits against the City are aboutto be filed! It is strongly rumored that Martin recently promoted ONE OF THE POLICEMEN INVOLVED IN THE HOMOSEXUAL HANDCUFF INCIDENT...instead of promoting these two perverts, the Chief should be removing them from the force!!!
_WHY MAYOR PERKINS IS OUT OF TOWN MOST EVERY TUESDAY AND FRIDAY? If the Mayor is sick and is out of town to get treatment, then everyone understands and sympathizes with him. OTHERWISE, THERE IS NO EXCUSE for someone making $95,000.00 a year (city and water board) TO BE IN HIS OFFICE ONLY 3 DAYS A WEEK. If we are paying for a full-time Mayor, we should get one..and the sooner the better!
