What? Another Officer, Chief? Where are you?!

It has been brought to the attention of AngelFire that we have another police officer who has questionable character. It is public knowledge that officer Parrish is co-habitating with a 17 year old female. This has been happening for some time and the Selma Police Department hiarchy has done nothing. Now it has went one step further. Officer Parrish was caught giving alcohol to this minor. There was a complaint filed and a report made concerning this incident. A young adult of school age co-habitating with a Selma Police officer is deplorable and should not be tolerated in our city.
Chief Riley - it is your responsibility to handle situations like this. That's why you make the big bucks from us taxpayers. We will watch this very closely for your action. If proper action is not taken we will be compelled to take this matter to a higher authority. Protect our young girls and the public. Do the right thing. This calls for serious action!
ANOTHER DISTURBING SITUATION
District Attorney Michael Jackson - We think you are doing a good job but a situation came up that was questionable to many. This involves Amos Bonner. We understand you and your wife have personally gotten involved in the Bonner case. Possibly for two reasons: 1. the family attends your church with you and 2. your wife feels that mentoring him will rehabilitate. We are asking that you look at Mr. Bonner's record, which we understand is deep seated in crime, and do the right thing. Incarceration for an extended period of time will only repay for part of the things he has done to this community. Please - we trust you to make the right decision as this man is a threat to our city and our people. We will be watching this case with great interest in the outcome.
