Drug Dealers Tipped Off By People In The Selma Police Department

In an article in the September 11th Selma Times Journal, Selma Police Department (SPD) personnel practically confirmed what this website has said for months: someone in the SPD is tipping off drug dealers, club owners, and criminals when the SPD is about to make a raid. This has caused State and Federal Agencies to keep the SPD out of the information loop concerning state and federal activities in the area.
In the September 11th article in the STJ titled SPD Make Drug Raid, the following quotes appeared:
*There were spots on the ground where plants (marijuana) had been pulled up, like they knew we were coming.
*We believe the suspect was there and may have heard we were coming, an undercover agent said.
Instead of Police Chief Martin sending out memos prohibiting department personnel from talking to one another, Martin should be finding out who in his department apparently is leaking information to drug dealers, thugs, and criminals.
We are told that some SPD personnel have met with some black council members about Martins latest antics. Do you think any black council member who is a Perkins flunky will have the backbone to call for Martins removal???
It is significant that things THIS WEBSITE PRINTED MONTHS AGO ABOUT THE SPD ARE NOW BEING SAID OPENLY BY DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL AND THE STJ!!!!
