SELMA WATER BOARD FILES YET ANOTHER FRIVOLOUS MOTION TO KEEP DR. ALLEN OFF OF THE BOARD
In a brilliant answer to the Water Board's LATEST frivolous motion to keep Dr. Allen off of the Water Board, John Kelly, attorney for Dr. Allen, clearly shows that the Water Board has PURPOSELY created a "dilemma". The Board's conspirital dilemma involves Mayor Perkins, his brother-in-law Attorney Collins Pettaway, Jr, April E. Albright, former Board Member Sam Randolph, and Board Members Leashore, Crenshaw, and Vick.
We urge you to read the latest motion by the Water Board which was filed Friday after Judge Jones denied their motion which they filed Monday. We especially urge you to read Attorney Kelly's brilliant answer and Dr. Allen's affidavit which follows. If you read the answer by Kelly and the affidavit by Dr. Allen, you will understand how the Water Board created a dilemma on purpose and is using its own created dilemma as a way to keep using the Court to keep Dr. Allen off of the Board.
