WATER BOARD THROWN OUT OF COURT AGAIN...HOW MUCH MORE WILL THE TAXPAYERS HAVE TO PAY TO THE MAYOR'S BROTHER-IN-LAW IN LEGAL FEES???

Thursday, the Water Board's latest RIDICULOUS AND ILLEGAL efforts to keep Dr. Allen off of the Water Board were DENIED by the Circuit Court. The Court's Order follows!
How much longer will the people of Selma tolerate Leashore, Crenshaw, and Perkins wasting THOUSANDS of dollars in their illegal efforts to keep Dr. Allen off of the Board. She was duly elected by the City Council. The Board has nothing to say about who can or can not serve on the Board. The City Council alone makes that decision. Our water rates continue to go up so Leashore and Crenshaw can be supported as if they were third world potentates ruling over the masses.
How much longer will the people of Selma tolerate Mayor Perkins' brother-in-law acting as Water Board attorney in these frivolous actions. Is he making thousands of dollars in legal fees while our water rates continue to go up?
What are Leashore, Crenshaw, and Vick trying to hide by trying to keep Dr. Allen off of the Board? We still believe that Brother Vick will see the light and stop himself from being used by Perkins, Leashore, and Crenshaw! With Dr. Allen on the Board, we trust that Vick, Goodwin, and Allen will remove Leashore as Chairman, remove Crenshaw as Secretary-Treasurer, and remove Perkins as Superintendent immediately!
