ON HATE RADIO AND EVERYONE LAUGHS…

Where is the outrage? Why wasn’t someone fired? Where is the apology? ONLY IN SELMA AND ONLY ON 105.3 HATE RADIO COULD A WHITE GUY CALL A BLACK WOMAN A ‘HO’ AND NOTHING BE DONE ABOUT IT! On Malika Sanders Fortier’s program on Friday, August 10, Yomi Goddall read a poem which referred to Councilwoman Angela Benjamin as a “Ho”.
The interesting fact about this racial slur is that the poem was written by a WHITE MAN, TERRY STULL. STULL IS THE CAMPAIGN MANAGER FOR FRANKLIN FORTIER’S CAMPAIGN FOR CITY COUNCIL PRESIDENT. He should be fired immediately by Fortier; however, the response of Fortier to what Stull and Goddall did was to be seen on camera laughing with his wife Malika and Queen Jackson! WHAT A DISGRACE they all are!
Does anyone remember what happened to white radio host Don Imus in 2007 when he referred to the Rutgers women’s basketball team (composed of 8 African American women) as “nappy headed hos”? He was fired immediately and issued an apology to the ladies. We think TERRY STULL SHOULD BE FIRED BY FRANKLIN FORTIER, that Hate Radio and Malika Sanders Fortier should apologize to Ms. Benjamin and that Yomi Goddall and Queen should be forever banned from HATE RADIO.
Where is Rose Sanders? Where is her outrage at her daughter and son-in-law Fortier for allowing this to happen and then laughing about it? The entire episode was on YouTube, but has been taken down. However, there is a video of the entire episode on 105.3 and we have seen it. That this happened is a disgrace, but that nothing has been done about, and no apology given to Ms. Benjamin, speaks volumes about the hypocrisy and double standard of Hate Radio and the Fortiers!

In a spirit of charity, we say that ex-Mayor JAMES PERKINS, JR. continues to misrepresent the truth about the city finances. If we were not in the middle of a political campaign, we would say that he is deliberately lying. The latest example of the Perkin’s misstatement of fact is his continued references to the city having so much debt that it is only able to borrow $2.3 million. AGAIN, as he has done previously on Hate Radio’s ALL LIES program, he said in the Times-Journal interview published on Sunday, August 19 that
the city could only borrow $2.3 million. Anyone who will look at the recent city audit which is posted on line will see that the AUDITORS SAY THE CITY COULD BORROW APPRXOIMATELY $6 million.
However, because the fiscal responsibility demonstrated by the Selma City Council and Mayor Evans, the city does not need to borrow any money! IF THE PEOPLE OF SELMA WANT CITY GOVERNMENT TO HAVE TO BORROW MONEY TO OPERATE ON, THEY CAN PUT JAMES PERKINS, JR. BACK IN OFFICE. The then Mayor Perkins proposed BORROWING almost $1 MILLION to buy 111 acres of land behind the old Wal Mart for which the owner had paid only $520,000. Part of the land was in a flood plain and could never have been used though Perkins variously proposed putting a cemetery, a school, a housing project, or a civil war exhibit on the site.
THE DEVASTING BORROWING that Perkins, Crenshaw and Leashore did was have the Water Works borrow money WHICH WILL BE PAID BACK BY EVERYONE’S WATER BILL RISING 2.5% EVERY JUNE 1 for the next 18 years! That is just one of many reasons why Perkins, Leashore and Crenshaw should never be put into public office again.

There is massive voter fraud going on, especially in Wards 2, 6, and 7. One of the worst incidences involves long time Postman ALVIN SHAW, a zealous Crenshaw and Perkins supporter, who for years has used his position to influence the absentee voting process in Ward 7 in particular. Shaw has been known to take Perkins and Crenshaw yard signs to homes on his route while in his postal vehicle and in his uniform on duty. He has been known to tell older people on his route that they have the wrong sign (an Evans sign for example) in their yard and that he will bring them the right sign (a Perkins sign), which he does.
However, Shaw’s most egregious actions while on duty is holding up the delivery of absente ballots in Ward 7. He has been known to hold some ballots until the day before election-if he thinks the individuals will be voting for the wrong people. One of his favorite tactics to help Crenshaw and Perkins is to call Crenshaw’s sister, Bernice Johnson, who then follows him in her car to a residence where he is going to deliver an absentee ballot. Once Johnson pulls up behind his postal vehicle, he delivers the ballot and Johnson immediately goes in to the person to get the ballot marked for Crenshaw and Perkins. Then they go to the next house and repeat this illegal process.
What we are printing here is nothing new. Postman Alvin Shaw has been doing this since Crenshaw and Perkins starting running during the days of the Smitherman administration. Even though federal employees are prohibited from political activity while on duty, the law has not stopped SHAW, CRENSHAW OR PERKINS IN WARD 7.

Massive voter fraud is also occurring especially in Wards 2 and 6. As usual, JOHNNIE LEASHORE IS UP TO HIS NECK IN THIS ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. People who are NOT residents of Wards 2 or 6 are updating (changing) their voting address usually to apartments to those Wards and in many instances immediately going and voting absentee in person at City Hall. MORE THAN 500 PEOPLE have changed their voting addresses since July 24 when absente voting began-most of these are in Wards 2 and 6. We understand that some people are determined to get an investigation of these illegal practices after the election on August 28. We will be happy to give them the names of those who told us about ALVIN SHAW and the names of those who have changed addresses and voted absentee since July 24.
THE IRONIC AND DISGRACEFUL FACT about this voter fraud is that mostly it is BLACKS DEFRAUDING OTHER BLACK VOTERS. How ironic is that right here in the Voting Rights Capital of the world! Where is the United States Department of Justice when you need them???

Polls will be opened from 7 am to 7 pm on TUESDAY, AUGUST 28. We encourage everyone to go to the polls. We are told that there is a record number of people who have voted absentee and who have applied for absente ballots--A PROCESSS WHICH IS RIPE WITH FRAUD, AND AGAIN, THE SAD PART OF THIS FRAUD IS THAT IT IS ALMOST ALL BLACKS DEFRAUDING BLACK VOTERS. What irony! Most all people who have voted absentee or applied for absentee ballots have listed WARD 2, 6, 7 OR 8 ADDRESSES.
