As promised, here is the excerpt from the Council Meeting on 8-13-07 that everyone is talking about. Notice how she keeps looking down as though she is reading from a script. I wonder who would get her to read such a thing. But notice that the entire "reading" that she does centers around Mayor Perkins and how these "problems" have arisen since he came to office.
