BY GEORGE, THEY'RE STEALING ABSENTEE VOTES...AGAIN

Following up on our little story of Mary and Joseph, we thought we would take a look at the Absentee Voting List. What we found is that, BY GEORGE, they are stealing MORE absentee votes. For example, on July 31, 2008, George A. Armstead, 19 years old, registered to vote AND IMMEDIATELY APPLIED for an absentee ballot.
Consider the following:
802 Cahaba Road is in WARD 2, however, Armstead was sent a WARD 1 BALLOT, according to the City Clerk's Office.
We want to know DOES ARMSTEAD EXIST, WHERE DOES HE REALLY LIVE, AND WHERE IS THE BALLOT THAT WAS MAILED TO HIM AT 802 Cahaba Road? How many more absentee ballots are going to be unaccounted for before the ATTORNEY-GENERAL, DISTRICT ATTORNEY, OR SECRETARY OF STATE INVESTIGATE THIS VOTE STEALING?
And if the ballot was mailed to him at 802 Cahaba Road, where he does not live, what did the City Clerk do with it when it was returned to her...IF IT EVER LEFT HER OFFICE OR IF IT EVER LEFT THE POST OFFICE?
And while we are dealing with either incompetence or vote stealing, consider the following:
1) Shunta J. Hendricks, whose residence address is listed on the City Clerk's list as living at 4 Mimosa Street (though street signs say Mimosa Avenue) in Ward 1, bu who did live at 2811 Earl Goodwin Parkway, Apt 42, was sent a Ward 4 ballot by the Clerk's office. 4 Mimosa in Ward 1 is actually owned by Helen M. Brooks. Where does Shunta stay? Did she even receive a ballot?
2) One of our friends and a dear lady, Mrs. Mary B. Hobbs, lives at 113 Mallory Drive. 113 Mallory is in Ward 3, but Mrs. Hobbs was sent a Ward 1 ballot, according to information from the City Clerk's office. This is happening over and over again - there is no excuse for these repeated mistakes.
3) Marcus Spears lists his address as 1411 Vine Street in Ward 6. He was sent a Ward 7 ballot. We suppose someone thought Crenshaw needed his vote more than Leashore. Personnel in the Clerk's office or whoever is supposed to mail out ballots SHOULD KNOW WHERE THE WARD LINES ARE AND SEND PEOPLE THE CORRECT BALLOT.
BY GEORGE, we have enough of incompetence in the City Hall and/or stealing of absentee votes!
