Rotary Club Cairo Zamalek, part of District 2450 was chartered in 1980. Throughout the years, and under the leadership of all its presidents, the club succeeded to help a huge number of people in its community through the projects which aim to improve the life of all human beings.

The club sponsored Rotaract AUC Club on the 8th of April 2002 to be the first university based Rotaract club in District 2450
