Explanation:

A hard-back comic book in French by Collection Detectives BD. Gaston Leroux's detective character Rouletabille from his novels Mystery of the Yellow Room, etc. has been crossed over into the world of Phantom by taking the place of Raoul. Otherwise, this comic follows Leroux almost exactly.
