·The house is constructed 1985. It is fully build and it is in excellent condition. Surface is 150 m2
·The house has ground floor and the first floor. It has two terraces, of which one with sight to the sea.

Karin is silent place with the healthy climate. The vicinity of the Velebit mountain influence mixing alpine-climate with climate mediterane. The sea is ecological pure and it is rich of the fish.
·Near to coast there is mud bath.
·The place is recently connected with the freeway of Zagreb (07.2003). The nearest aeroport is in Zadar (15 km far away of Karin)
·In Gornji Karin there are: the ambulance , the post office , the shops , the market place and the restaurants. Also there is catholic church and the monastery.
