To ensure that each worker is given equal opportunity to progress we have created a ranking system.
Cadet : Everyone starts here. You have no specific job as a cadet other than to pick up a CD every week and play it anywhere and everywhere that you can. Pay is 6,000 decibels a week
Recruiter : You recruit new clients and workers to the company. You also play the CDs of our clients in the main rooms and user studios as well. Pay is 6,000 decibels a week
DJ : When ExPLiCiT hosts major parties to promote a client, you play the CDs given to you by the person in charge (usually the owners, or someone of higher rank put in charge by an owner). You also play the CDs of our clients in the main rooms and user studios as well. Pay is 6,000 decibels a week plus extra for any parties you work.
Managment : You find and host clients by helping them get started in the business and eventually progress. Probably one of the toughest jobs. Pay 6,000 decibels a week plus extra if you bring in a high ranking client.
Co-Owner : You overlook all the jobs listed below and serve as a substitute and teacher for any position.
