Getting promoted is a huge deal, but it can also be one of the hardest things to do. Ever heard the expression "Too many chiefs, not enough indians.." ??? Well that's exactly what we're trying to avoid. In order to keep the company running fairly, we need to balance the amount of owners with the ammount of workers. We don't want bossy owners, or ones who "power trip" (use their position to do mean things to workers). So in order to get promoted, you have to do some extraordinary things. First of all, don't ask to be promoted. Secondly, anyone who begs for furni or decibels won't even be considered (if not fired). Thirdly, we will notice the ones who work hard, no matter what the circumstances are. More will be posted on promotions later.
