GpsAssist is a basic file converter that you can use to convert waypoints lists from one file format to another. The most common use for GpsAssist is to convert files from textual format (Comma Delimited (*.csv), Tab Delimited (*.txt), Excel workbook (*.xls) etc.) to MapSource format (*.mps). The application can do the operation also in vice versa (from MapSource files to textual files).
