This website was inspired by the movie 'Lilja 4-ever' by acclaimed director Lukas Moodysson. Based on a true story, it tells of a young girl, Lilja, trapped in sexual slavery and highlights the global problem of trafficking. This moving and powerful film inspires the need to take action to help people like Lilja.

This site aims to provide information, links and options on how to help those people. The 'links' pages contain details of organizations campaigning to defend human rights in general and fighting against slavery, trafficking and the abuse of children in particular, as well as further information about this problem.

The 'action' page provides information of campaigns organized by Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch and information on how you can help end this global problem. The 'statistics' page illustrates the extent of trafficking and exploitation. There is also a forum to discuss issues and ideas.
