We do apologize for such strict
standards. These are in effect and will stand on EACH sale. We value each
customer and always represent our items in a fair manner. If you have any questions or concerns we are happy to
assist you. Our Customers are #1 and we look forward to servicing you in the
future.
- We accept PayPal, money orders and cashier's checks as
payment mechanisms
- The shipping charges that we specify are Non-Negotiable.

- Once payment notification is received from PayPal, your
item will be shipped within 3 Business Days. (This DOES include Saturday.)
- We do not always send emails confirming that your payment
was received, we are willing to do so, just request it.
- Please allow at least one business day for your email
queries to be answered. Even we attempt to answer most of them within
hours.
- All items are sold AS IS. No Returns on items or shipping
will be accepted. If we grossly misrepresent an item. We will negotiate a
return by circumstance. (Grossly misrepresentation is wrong size, wrong
color, etc.; This is up to the seller, not the buyer.)
- We require payment within 10 BUSINESS DAYS
of the close of auction. If we do not receive payment within said period,
the auction will be considered null and void. We will initiate the
Non-Paying Bidder program after 10th day.
- We do leave Positive Feedback on each completed
transaction. If a negative or neutral feedback is warranted, we will
discuss this with you in email and try every possible scenario to complete
the transaction positively.
