Cologne Community Center, 1211 Village Parkway. Directions from Waconia: Take Highway 284 to Cologne. Stay on Hwy 284 and cross Hwy 212. Hwy 284 ends and becomes County Rd 53 at this point. Take the first right, which is Village Parkway. The Community Center is about a block and a half down on the right.
