The History of Trunks Special starts off with Gohan running home to where Vegeta, Piccolo, Chiaotzu, Tien, Krillin, Yamcha, Yajirobe, Bulma holding “Chibi” Trunks who is Crying, Puar, and Oolong are standing. Gohan runs up into the house where he sees his father on the bed and realizes he has died from a radical new virus. Krillin announces that Goku’s life has ended stating that in words of “he’s gone, Goku’s gone”. Six months later on an island 9 miles south of southwest of South City, a dreadful duo, Android 17 and 18 launched an attack. Coming to the defense of the inhabitants were Earth’s Special Forces. Piccolo was the first to try and the first to die. Vegeta was next to fall, then Yamcha and Tien. Even Krillin was destroyed by the ruthless duo. Two artificial beings with strength beyond normal conception have appeared out of no where. It’s the beginning of a new era for Earth, an era of darkness.

Thirteen years later Androids 17 and 18 still continue their rein of terror on Earth and its people. The two androids continued there destruction in Pepper City. Frightened townspeople run for their lives, fearing the worse. The androids give the petrified citizens 10 seconds to run for their lives, just to put a bit more fun into destroying them. No human, no matter how fast they might run dies in the explosions of fireworks, within a certain distance of their attack.

We go to Master Roshi’s isolated island where the ocean waves crash calmly in peace along the Kame Island bank away from the terror and destruction from the two androids. Android 17 (male) and Android 18 (female) still give fear to those far from them. Oolong, Turtle, Puar, and Master Roshi lay out in a submarine off the waters of the Kame Island, still fearing the worst. Oolong still makes constant runs to get food from the Kame House and Master Roshi start to loose his mind listing to the updates from the newsman in Pepper City f the androids onward destruction. Master Roshi gets prepared to go fight the androids off, but Puar and Oolong talk him out of it by making him face the facts.
