Avoid any glares on the compy screen and try to look away from the monitor every twenty-thirty minutes! Otherwise you could damage your eyes in irreversible ways unless you are Bill Gates and have to wear ucky glasses or lovely contacts like yours truely!Alright, added some new pages.
