The black velvet halter is trimmed with a gold rickrack. The tie around the neck is a black ribbon held by a rhinestone. My tie is missing but the rhinestone backing is still attached.

The skirt is made of a red with gold fleur de lei and black triangles as the print.

It is tagged at the waistline "Ideal Toy Corp. Hollis, N.Y.".
