Unzip the .mis file into (default folder)C:\Program Files\14 Degrees East\Fallout Tactics\Core\Missions\Skirmish\

***RECOMMENDED GAMEPLAY SETTINGS (VERY IMPORTANT!):
====================================================
- DO NOT USE CLONE CHARACTERS! IF SO, GAAME GOES OUTTA SYNC!
- Always count your players at the GSA Chatroom, if someone comes from IP, kick him.
- Always blacklist players out to destroy RPG games like [GD]Brolly.
- Create 6 characters and total up to 2000 game points.
- Your characters can include Humans, Muutants, Ghouls and Dogs. The rest are not recommended.
- Make sure characters used are customized without inventory settings!
- Characters can specialize in HtH, Meleee Weapons, Small Guns.
- Players must gain cash for their own purpose, DO NOT attempt a ripoff, judge wisely.
- All players are poor, for full interaction, try to get cash in anyway but watch wad u are doin'
- NOTE! Major explosives/mines are not included in the mod. Big guns are also restricted!
- Characters start with special keys, maake sure u pick them up and avoid thieves!
- Game must end either with both Mafia groups dead (willingly killed) or Mayor dies (willingly   too).
- Police must arrest players wielding fiirearms or dangerous explosives. Awareness perk is used.
- Police cannot apprehend players for MOTIVE but ACTION done, evidence must be found.
- All players HAVE to GIVE IN to the BOSS, if not prepare to be blacklisted.
- Grenades and AK-47 rifles are illegal,, u have the right to arrest players.
- All trial decisions are made by the juury and not the Mayor.
- Flash Grenades used for Project-X is NOT ILLEGAL!
- Make sure teams are full to enjoy the fullest of Lost Celestrial.

PROJECT-X MINIGAME RULES :
============================
- Not enuff violence in Lost Celestial?  Bored? Tired? Want to let loose to your anger? SIMPLE!
Join the Project-X group. This game is solely by the Mayor and is a JOB. The reward is based on
the amount u earn as Points. These points are counted by ringpulls. Here are the rules:

A)Points are ringpulls in the game, the more u have, the more reward u get. Currency 1-1.
B)Players get 1 Char to play this game.
C)Players poll for their own Team Leader.
D)Choosing a Team Name is entirely up to the group. Default. (Red, Blue Team)
E)Team Leaders can choose to buy items to defeat the opposing group.
F)Items include : Flashbang, 5Round Shotgun, Ammunition.
G)Each character can ONLY carry 15 Rubber Rounds.
H)Characters have NO LIMIT in carrying Flashbangs.
I)Its 1SHOT-1KILL, characters being shot must prone down and announce dead.
J)There MUST BE 3 JUDGES in the game, 1 Following Team 1, 1 Following Team 2, the other at the door.
K)Ammunition bought in the game goes to the crate in STAGE1 ONLY.
L)Ammunition bought after STAGE1 goes directly to characters.

STAGES:
Jungle Warfare
=================
- This area test your fitness and agilitty. Its well-rounded with cover and you are able to move
to cover to cover easily. Mission Objectives for each team respectively :
A)Destroy the BMW at the end of the area
B)Destroy the Supply Stash at the end of the area.

Snowtown Closeup
==================
- This urban area tests your ability to  think and the fastest way to kill your enemy. Team A has
an point view advantage on top of the overhead bridge whilst Team B has a land bunker. Both team
HAVE to eliminate each other in this stage.

Ammology Industrial
====================
- This sets the players up to the Ammoloogy INC. during the WW1 production. Your mission objective
is to fire off 1 GUNSHOT on the special platform in the area. Climb the stairs, Fire off, u win.
Simple? NO! The cover is ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to cover, reaching the area is plainly HARD. Each team
has a tower to guard the area. Thus, sneak is likely to be used here in this stage. 

ONBOARD BED SYSTEM
======================
- Now, u are able to climb up the bed! JJust walk onto it and position just like u are lying down!
This system benefits everyone including the Protitutes!

GUN OWNERSHIP PAPERS
========================
- Very important papers, if u dont have  it and spawn a gun without it, get to the ammo shop and
buy one immediately. Its up to the host/mayor to add this rule on.

*NEW*LOST CELESTIAL GHOUL DEWELLERS
====================================
- Recommended by many, tryingout for thee first time, I'm adding the Ghoul sector underground! The
idea came from GD Fingerbang which suggests that ghouls can either help the Mayor against the
aggressive Mafia or help the Mafia. However, the ghouls are the most neutral among anyone in the
game. They work in their own Ghoul group and come up to the surface to rob ANYONE. If the ghouls
are really irritating, the BOS Cops have to wear Swat Suits(Enviro MK2) to take out their enemy.
Why ghouls are in 1960s Lost Celestial? Simple, illegal citizens were tricked into Lost Celestial
by a few conmen. Out of their wits, the citizens moved deep into the sewers which receives large
amount of toxin from a Nuclear Reactor. Soon, they started to mutate and blame the Council of
Lost Celestial. However, some retains their human ways. Its up to you to choose which ghoul are
you.

LOST CELESTIAL CITIZENS
==============================
- Arrived from a foreign city, people haave applied for citizenship for Lost Celestial and arrived
by the Train. The Citizens can retrieve paychecks from the bank. They have a cash banked in of
1500 bucks. From then on, they can find jobs which interest them or join the Mafia families.

THE TRAINYARD (FREE-FOR-ALL)
=============================
- The old trainyard of the Lost Celestrial, this is the main shootout for the mobs. Usually,
the game ends with a bloodshed of both Mafia families. Basically, this place is like the Agent
tower with pillars, use them to your cause.

TOWN HALL/SUPREME COURT (THE MAYOR)
====================================
- The Mayor is the main controller of thhe town. The police and the mayor work hand in hand to
avoid major problems. The mayor also holds keys that are available for other players to own a
property. However, players must buy the property in order to keep the key. The court is the 
main event of criminals. If criminals have done something tat is unconfirmed, they can hire 
lawyers, (their own players can talk their way out) to get them out of sticky situations.

THE COPS/PRISON (BOS POLICE) <*UPDATED*>
=========================================
- The most important role of the game, tthe BOS Police. The Police Station includes a detention
cell for life imprisonment or pending for a trial. The police are the only people having the 
Metal armor MK2 on, if u see them, respect them or get hell... The prison holds the most 
notorious criminals, these criminals hold life-terms, do not release them upon bail or 
whatsoever. When the time is ripe, the room next to the warden table is the Execution Room, 
where live-firing of criminals take place. The cops also include 4 Hummers for patroling and the 
tool tables includes tools to repair them. Yes, requested by many, I have expanded the station
by 1 extra level. The second level includes a meeting room, a question room and an observe room
and a place of the BOS cops to sleep. The police can also claim weapons from the ammo shop, 
no questions asked. *IMPORTANT!* Envirosuits MK2 are called SWAT SUITS in LC v2.0! You are not
allowed to wear them by patrolling. Only when Swat Missions are called in. MAKE SURE u wear it,
it not u WILL be reported for blacklisting! WARNING! DO NOT DISTRUBUTE FIREARMS/ARMOR TO MAYORS!

*NEW*AMMUNITION SHOP (AMMOLOGY)
================================
- The ammo shop are the key upon the turrning tide. Players sell weapons of WW2-type, like 
M1 Garands and weapons during the 1960's. Armors are also sold there. IF the ammo shop runs dry, 
across the street is an abandoned Nuka Cola Production Factory, at the truck is some unloaded 
goods, get em' and refill your lockers. Inside the warehouse, is SOME stuff. Note that Explosives
are illegal in this map. The Ammology must also be smugglers, they must take orders from the
ghouls! The ghouls pay high for goods of quality. The COPS cannot stop this unorthodox trade. The
Ammology must take note, they can only sell powerful arsenal to TRUSTABLES, like Families and Ghoul
Dewellers! Others are not allowed.

MAFIA FROST ESTATE (FROST FAMILY)
==================================
- The Frost family is ruthless and cruel, but the honor and friendship bonds them. The family 
sells drugs that could be useful in combat. They have an alternative of making big bucks, to rob 
shops. Players MUST give in and call the cops, any weapon usage is not recommended. The Frost 
estate has a secret chamber, however, it might be heavily guarded.

THE PIT BAR (MAYOR CLIENT)
============================
- The finest bar ever created with the merge of a local sports entertainment. The bar is where 
players interacts, drink and eat. At the top is the Bar Brawl Entertainment, where the Bar owner 
recruits finest boxers to fight and entertain. Use the lockers to keep stuff and 2 punching 
gloves are provided for fighting. Below are the bar brawl rules:

A:Players MAY be DRUNK
B:NO Drugs must be inhaled or eaten.
C:NO Deathclaws/Dogs/Robots
D:Use WALK only
E:First to reach Almost Dead state loses the match and has to be stopped immediately.
F:If your character is killed accidently... Do not... Shoot the opponent, its really a wuss.
G:NO HtH Exploit Bug, if the opponent does 100+ dmg at one goal, ban him, his a wuss.
H:Optional*To wear the Sappers.

THE CHURCH (FREE-FOR-ALL)
===========================
- The holiest... or perhaps... Church inn town. You decide what happens here, divine favor by 
whom? The church serves some sort of purpose, either hideaway or maybe shootout, you decide the 
terms.

LIBRARY (FREE-FOR-ALL)
========================
- The players can read stuff here to inccrease their skill percentage. Of course, some skills cant
be increased and to a certain extent, books cant increase skills anymore. If anyone decides to 
steal all the books, file a report, and the criminal will be apprehended.

HOSPITAL (MAYOR CLIENT)
========================
- The hospital holds important medical sstuff, these includes Paramedics Bag, Doctor's bag etc...
They must be bought by customers and not given.

*THE BANK (CENTRAL BANK)
========================
- The richest in the map, the Bank ownerrs must share their wealth by either loan and must interact
with players using their cash. The other players start with little wealth. The bank also must work
hand in hand with the Mayor, all cash belongs to the mayor and when he/she wants it,
no questions asked. Citizens are also able to apply for paychecks of 1500 at the start.

CAR SALES DEALER (MAYOR CLIENT)
===============================
- The Car Dealers sells the finest and tthe workable vehicles. However, some vehicles are for the
BOS, if cars are sold or used by other players that are not the BOS, they can be arrested. These
vehicles include the BOS APC and BOS Hummers. Others can be sold for a cost. The Car Dealers can
use ONLY 1 vehicle and they now sell repair tools! No advantage is given in.

MAFIA GIERADO FAMILY (GIERADO FAMILY)
======================================
- Sheer strength and tyranny, the Gierado almost swallowed the city until the next Mayor came. 
The Gierado has illegal firepower solely meant for sale and their own purpose, Big guns on the 
tables can't be used but only for display. (dont be shocked to see m2 browning :P) They sell 
latest rifles imported from the Russian front, the AK-Model 47. These rifles are limited and can 
be sold at a highest bidder. The Gierado MUST NOT use ALL of the rifles!

THE BROTHEL (THE BAR)
============================
- The Bar now has a place to screw arounnd, players have asked me to make one brothel... 
Here is it. The Brothel has ONLY three rooms, each has its own key. Its kinda messy, tats why 
only the Bar has only one. DO NOT GIVE OUT THE KEYS. Just keep em' by yourself.

TAXI SERVICE (MAYOR CLIENT)
==================================
- Lost Celetrial now has a Taxi system,  u can earn money by being a pimp or a driver. Yes, this
is it! The Taxi service is now expanded with a Hummer! The Hummer will be of a unique colour
different from the default red Hummers. Yep, enjoy this new feature!

SLEEK'N'SEXY RACE TRACK (MAYOR CLIENT)
============================================
- The first and last race track available on Lost Celestial! The building is two stories high but
the second level just makes the roof higher. The owner can sell tickets to spectators or bet with
other players which car will be first. This is the only form of gambling, otherwise, its nothing.

MOBSTERS ESTATE/HIDEAWAY (MAYOR CLIENT)
=============================================
- This system is adapted and suggested bby LC v1.22 players for more possiblities. There are a
total of 4 Housing Estates, each with its YET AGAIN unique design. Some are two stories high, 
some comes with a nice balcony. Its up to u whether u make it happen or not. Like I said, the
Mayor must be very role-playing.

THE HUBBER'S CAFE (MAYOR CLIENT)
========================================
- The Cafe is meant for meetings, negiotation and natured people. Its the counter-part of a bar.
The cafe also sell daily items like food and drinks. Its a place for relaxation other than the
noisy bar. Also, the cafe is the offical betting LEGAL place. If u gamble anywhere else, the cops
have the rights to arrest u! However, the legal betting rules is below :

A: Every bet is minimum 100 bucks, maximum 250 bucks.
B: To deal, dealer must engage with a bet with the players.
C: If the dealer wins, he/she takes all.
D: If the dealer loses, he/she loses his/her bet/cash.
E: If the player wins, he/she takes all.
F: If the player loses, he/she loses his/her bet/cash.
G: The more players bet on the same car, the more cash is slashed. 2players=1/2, 3players=1/3.etc

The Cafe owner must send a representative to acknowledge the Champ of the race to everyone else 
in the bar whether they won the bet or not.

GREGORIAN PARK (FREE-FOR-ALL)
====================================
- A place for citizens of Lost Celestial to move around and interact. Butterfly, grass, trees and
fountains, a nice quiet place besides cars and guns. The park also includes basketball court and
a children's playground. Either which grounds u choose, its the best place to sell drugs or
promote illegal arms or whatever sort.

THE GRAVEYARD (FREE-FOR-ALL)
===================================
- A secret place for illegal and desperate players to gamble. Players holding this property can
earn lots of cash, as well as lose lots of cash. It depends on solely luck, just like gambling.
The illegal dealer has the 'rights' to increase the betting stakes. Here are the rules :

A: Every bet is minimum 250 bucks, maximum NO LIMIT bucks.
B: To deal, dealer must engage with a bet with the players.
C: If the dealer wins, he/she takes all.
D: If the dealer loses, he/she loses his/her cash and pays 100 bucks to all players.
E: If the player wins, he/she takes all.
F: If the player loses, he/she loses his/her bet and pays the dealer 125 bucks.
G: The more players bet on the same car, the more cash is slashed. 2players=1/2, 3players=1/3.etc

Same, the dealer sends one representative to acknowledge who is the champ of the race to everyone
else whether they have won the bet or not.
