IN ORDER TO REGISTER THE HORSE MUST MEET THIS CRITERIA:
1- BE ON THE LIST ABOVE
2-One or both parents listed in the registry
UNLESS THE HORSE IS CREATED OR
ADOPTED THEN THIS RULE IS VOID
