Let the Playoffs Begin! Round One Games Are Set.

Character League: F.A.G. (11-3) and Higgy Baby (10-4) earn first round byes

Milo's Motherfucking Omar (10-4) takes on Roarke's Fancy Feasts (9-5) in Round One. They just met during Week 12, when Feasts took a 66-62 win. In Week 1, however, it was all Omar, 100-37. In the other Character League opening round playoff game, Brian's Vilma Flintstone (9-5) tries to beat Jason's The Most Electrifying (7-7) for the first time this year. In Week 12, Electrifying won by nine, 61-52; and in Week 1 it was a one-point decision, 76-75.

Sports Movie League: TJ Hoosier Momma (12-2) and The People Could Fly (9-5) will watch Round One of the playoffs

Drew's Mitch Gaylord's American Anthem (7-7) will take on Matt F's Apollomalu Creed (8-6). Both teams earned post-season berths on the last day of the regular season. They met during Week 11, and Mitch took a 50-point decision, 97-47. The other playoff opener features Eugene's Mr. Baseball (8-6) and Kodwo's Da Bad News Bears (10-4). Their earlier meeting wasn't close, either, as Da Bears crushed Baseball in Week 10 by a score of 91-35.

Mascot League Byes: Off In The Shower (10-4) And The Original McLovin (8-6)

Emily's Super Tight Ends and Milo's What the Hell is a Brown?, both 8-6, square off in one playoff game. They met during Week 6, when Milo took a 111-83 victory. The other contest has Eugene's Sexual Harassment Panda (9-5) facing Marc's Coalition of the Thrilling (8-6). Coalition is limping into the post-season, having lost their last 3 games and 4 out of the last 5. Eugene won the earlier meeting (Week 6) via tie-breaker, 43-43!

Founders League: Team Jock Strap (11-3) and Philly Phan (9-5) get the top two seeds and the first-round bye

In Round One, Milo's Polish Hammers (8-6) will take on Adam Smith's Money in the Banana Stand (7-7) for the third time this year. Milo won both of the previous contests. In Week 12, it was the Hammers, 70-57. In Week 1 the final was 78-67. James' Springfield Isotopes (8-6) fight it out against Kodwo's Serenity Now, Insanity Later (8-6) in the other Round One game. James won 73-24 during Week 5.

Oscar League: Polk High and Johnny Coolman, both 9-5, get first-round byes

The third seed, James' My Cousin Vinny Testaverde (8-6) opens up against Eug's Billy Batts (7-7). Batts beat Vinny in Week 12 by four, 64-60. In Week 1, Vinny took a 70-60 decision. The winner of the rubber match will be one victory away from some hardware! In the other Round One game, Emily's Rule # 76 (9-5) battles Mike Schultz' Dr. Van Nostrand (8-6) for the right to advance. Their Week 8 meeting wasn't close, as Emily won easily, 67-26.
