Elbow Macaroni was DP and the VD's much anticipated second album, released in the fall of '69. Doc and company went for a more sophisticated sound to see if their audience was true to them, and not their charts...they weren't. It soon slipped into obscurity and is now considered a collector's item as only 500 albums were ever printed.
