"Comeback II" was Doc & Co's second attempt at a comeback. It is rumored that the reason they chose to title it as their second comeback was becasue Cher did so well with all thirty of hers. The group wasn't about to use cheap, prepackaged "Best Of" records to jump start their careers quite yet; that wasn't their style.
