"Digest This!"

Pass Caught from Elway!
  Pete caught a ball thrown by John Elway's daughter 
after a Stanford women's basketball game Sunday. She 
plays on the team, and, as is tradition, threw out 
little red balls after the Cardinal victory over 
Washington State. Pete caught it after it was tipped by
a man in front, to which a woman said, "It was meant 
to be." Pete agrees.

Jordan Has Webshots, Friends
  Jordan has posted pictures of the family's trip to 
Montana this winter break on her "Webshots" Web page, 
along with other pictures, she said. The shots are 
intended for her friends to view and not for family to 
see. That reminds Pete of this Web site, he said, which
details his family's activities without the intention 
of their reading it. "Plus, Jordan said she had 
friends."

Rory Not Seen in Montana
While in a town near Missoula, Mont., home of Rory 
Barton, Jon's friend, Pete did not see Rory. "Who 
travels to Montana, only to not see the one person he 
or she knows in the state?" Pete asked himself 
recently. "Me."

Kimya Dawson Interviewed
  Pete interviewed veteran rock star Kimya Dawson a 
couple months ago. "Actually, it was in September," he 
said. The transcript of the conversation is sitting on 
various computers, not seeing the light of day. "When, 
o when, will my words be free?" Pete wonders. "Does 
Kimya remember our talk?"
