Send the following app to The Commish if you would like to join the WHA. All areas are required except when it says otherwise. There's a maximum of 100 points on an atribute. You can be no more than 2 players. If you get other players to sign up, you will earn 2 points for each player you recruit. I will e-mail you saying that you received recruitment points. Yes, coaches will be allowed to do player updates too.
