today i discussed with my japanese friend about the new design time of Visual Studio 2005. A lot of gimmicks and cool stuff, but honestly nothing that we couldn't do in the old one either. Anyway, my friends wants to make a skinnable windows forms application so what i suggested was to create a user control or a custom control and make a transparent form, borderless and place the control on it. Then you can freely do the custom drawing on the control. He was looking for a free component library to do this but I think it's easier to just do it from scratch....
