This however is anything but the truth.

I have recently been quite disillusioned by Body Pain Centrals Lack of commitment to their customers.

STRENGTH IN NUMBERS

We as consumers must keep each other informed of companies that don't take the purchases that we make with our hard earned money seriously. As individuals we have little strength, but standing together we have the power to force companies to stand behind their promises.

Please send an e-mail to Body Pain Central and tell them to stand behind there commitments.

My complaint stems from an assortment of items that I ordered from Body Pain Central

Here in summary is what happened. I even included the e-mail correspondence that went on with the company.

I ordered three items from Body Pain Central on April 28th, 2005. They agreed to ship the items to me within 4 - 5 days. On April 29th, 2005 I received a package that contained one of the three items. Inside the package a note was included stating that the other two items had been shipped separately.

I didn't think anything of this. I've been ordering items on line for a long time now and I understand that not everything ships on time. I decided to wait till after the specified delivery time and then send the company a e-mail asking them for an explanation.

My first e-mail was sent using their websites order tracking page. On the 3rd of May I entered in my order information and according to the website they would send me the information about where my order was, within 24 hours. A day later, I still had not received a response from the company.

So I decided to send an e-mail to their customer service department on May 4, 2005 asking why I had not received my order. This was there response.

I went and checked the web site again, and the item that I ordered that they said was discontinued, was not only still being listed, but it was now on Sale.
So I sent them another E-Mail the next day pointing this out to them, hoping that they would realize there mistake and take down the item. I received this message from Kathy again.

THE RUNAROUND

I knew I hadn't been seeing things, so I again went to the website and checked the item. Sure enough the item listing said ROLL-ON.

Regardless all I really wanted was the items that I ordered and payed for. So I again sent Kathy another E-mail asking why I hadn't received my items.

To this I have not received a response. It has now been 12 days since I placed the order with Body Pain Central. 3 times as long as I was promised.

I wouldn't even be here if the customer service department would have taken me seriously and just sent me the items I ordered instead of making false claims of not having the item in stock.

So if the item is discontinued then why do they still list it on their website?
