Zantetsu

"As long as I live . . . I will cut!"

A Kisaragi ninja, past his prime (but still deadly), who constantly seeks worthy opponents to test his skill against in duels to the death. Zantetsu strongly desires that the way of the ninja will continue to be passed down from generation to generation, which, like many of the old teachings, is in danger of becoming extinct; Zantetsu's grandson, Santa (no, not the jolly, fat, elf), is his only hope in this regard. Zantetsu's treasured, twin blades are named Flow and Shade.

My Zantetsu figure has ten points of articulation (neck, shoulders, elbows, waist, hips, and knees) and has Flow and Shade as accessories.

Useless trivia:
1. Eiji Kisaragi (The Art Of Fighting 2, The King Of Fighters '95) is Zantetsu's direct descendant.
2. Regarding his name, 'Zan' means 'beheading/kill/murder' and 'Tetsu' is 'iron'.
