 Pharaoh Man

One of Dr. Cossack's robot masters introduced in Capcom's 1991 Mega Man 4 Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) video game. During battle, Pharaoh Man leaps around his catacomb swiftly, lobbing energy balls at his enemies. He only pauses to raise his hand and charge up his fearsome Pharaoh Shot - a large, concentrated wave of ancient Egyptian energies that annihilates anything in its path. The Pharaoh Shot, while deadly, requires all of Pharaoh Man's concentration as he briefly diverts power from his other internal systems to charge it, a process which leaves him wide open to attack until it is completed.

Bright Man's Flash Stopper temporarily immobilizes Pharaoh Man, making it impossible for him to avoid any additional assault or to return fire.
