 Black Mage
(Male)

Magicians that specialize in the casting of destructive black magic. Black Mages harness the elements of fire, ice, and lightning to combat their enemies, and, as the Black Mage grows in experience with battle, he or she will begin to learn to bend even more potent forces to their will, such as Death itself.

A Black Mage's dedication to the dark magic arts makes him or her a formidable foe. However, that dependency on the mystical typically leads magicians to neglect any type of physical conditioning or training, making them poor hand-to-hand combatants. A mage who exhausts all of his or her magic reserves (magic points) loses much of their usefulness in battle and can even become a liability to comrades.
