WAN Requirements
----------------

o  The WAN must accomodate 100% growth in resource usage.
o  The routing protocol used on all routers in the district must be IGRP.
o  The only protocols permitted on the WAN are:
	-HTTP
	-FTP
	-SMTP
	-POP3
	-DNS
	-and a proprietary protocol used by the Library servers.
o  WAN design is based on a 2 layer model.
o  High speed (4x E1) WAN links between the District Hubs.
o  A E1 link between a school and it's relative District Hub.
o  An ISDN link for the Shaw Butte Community school.
o  A single Frame-Relay link at the Data Centre for all Internet bound traffic.
