Alrightey then, I'm back to the journal after many a week...again. So, to make up for lost time, I'll briefly summarize the interesting events that happened recently:

First I'll start off with the Homecoming dance. It was AWESOME! I had the best time. Going with Bethany truly was the greatest! Dancing with her was especially fun :) .

Then Bethany's 16th birthday was Wednesday the 15th. I got her 20 roses, and I asked her out in a poem I wrote. She accepted and now she's my girlfriend! :) .

Friday of that same week me, Bethany, Brian, Karen, Matt, and Erin went bowling at Main Event. That was fun.

The next day, Saturday, me, Matt, Miriam, Talitha, Erin, and Vu had a surprise birthday party for her. Haha, boy was she surprised, she had woken up as we were coming into the house and she was still laying on the couch. It was great! lol. We played around a little bit on the trampeline in her backyard, we had cookie cake and she opened her gifts, then we watched a movie ("Holes" from Disney). Throughout the movie people started leaving, then Matt and I had to get over to the orchestra costume party. So that was the end of her party for me. Talitha, I think, was the only person that stayed for the whole movie. It was all fun!

The orchestra costume party was coolness, too. Matt and I both went as Agents. At first we wouldn't talk to anybody, and the both of us would do the exact same thing all the time. Then periodically we'd go to an isolated area and took off our coats and rolled up our sleeves and loosened our ties and went back out being real personable. We were kinda like bi-polar Agents.

Yesterday was All-Region tryouts...evilness! I didn't make it, which I knew right after I played my excerpts, but oh well. At least I don't have to worry about learning a whole bunch more music than I already have to right now. After tryouts I got home and relaxed a while and did some homework, then went to play orchestra football up at the school. We got shooed away by the police officer, so we had to go across the creek. That was cool. After that Matt came over to my house and we worked on our rap act for the upcoming orchestra spaghetti dinner talent show. Then I went to his house to spend the night.

That brings us to today, which not a lot happened. I woke up and had some breakfast, then played Battlefield 1942 with Matt on his cool new computer for quite a while. Then we did some homework, which I had to finish when I got back home. And then I go to sleep. B-Day tomorrow, always a good day!
