Shipping:

Shipping and handling costs for each unit purchased is $23 to the contiguous 48 states of the USA. Please contact us for a shipping quote to Alaska, Hawaii, or an international destination. Your order from TrakRack (via Storage Solutions Etc), originates from Austin, TX USA and ships via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery (possibly longer for deliveries outside the continental USA). All orders will ship the following "business" day (as defined as Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). If you have any additional shipping questions about your purchase, please contact us.

Payment Instructions:

We prefer PayPal but will accept cashiers checks & money orders (made out to Storage Solutions Etc). Orders paid for with PayPal will ship same or next day. Other payment methods are subject to verification of funds before item will ship.
 

Warranty:

TrakRack provides you a limited lifetime warranty for products purchased and against defects in material and/or workmanship for the life of the product. TrakRack agrees to either repair the product or replace it at the sole discretion of . This warranty is valid provided the TrakRack product has been assembled and installed correctly and to the exact specifications of the directions provided you at time of purchase. Failure to correctly install the Ceiling Storage Shelf to the ceiling studs, joists, rafters and/or beams eliminates any liability to TrakRack for damages caused by improper installation! No more than 2 Ceiling Storage Shelf Units can be installed on any ceiling support, joist, rafter, beam or stud. Weight capacity of Ceiling Storage Shelf is 250 pounds and weight must be evenly distributed as explained in the directions provided you at your point of purchase. TrakRack is not liable for incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products and this warranty covers ONLY product failure due to defects in materials or workmanship only! TrakRack is not responsible for your purchase damaged during shipment and that is the responsibility of United Parcel Service and their claims center in your geographic area should be contacted immediately. Please contact us immediately with any questions regarding your warranty, the need to returned an item, or damaged shipment questions should such a situation arise once you receive the product.

Return Policy:

Storage Solutions, Etc and TrakRack are confident you will enjoy the Ceiling Storage Shelf and the garage storage solutions it provides you. However, should you be dissatisfied with your ceiling storage shelf during the first 30 days of purchase (the refund period) you may request a full purchase refund. The purchase refund excludes any shipping, taxes, or handling charges you may have incurred and it is the purchaser's responsibility to ship the ceiling storage shelf and its complete contents back to TrakRack. Please contact us for TrakRack's toll free number, shipping address, and instructions. We MUST be contacted prior to returning an item for an exchange or refund!
