Former members, retired members & members of the 507th Air Refueling Wing, spouses, girl friends and companions.

You are cordially invited to attend the SH Okie 2004 Reunion to be held on the
17th and 18th of September 2004.

This will be a chance to renew old friendships tell tall stories & just have a good time. Looking to the future, it is planned to have one of these friendship renewal reunions every EVEN year during the 3rd weekend of September. This will help alleviate any problems with individual last minute scheduling. It will also help get the word out to many people who did not attend the 2002 reunion because they had not heard about it.

For the out of towners you can make reservations at the "Amerisuites"

and/or the "Comfort Suites" (information on the "Home Page".

Both of these Hotels are within easy walking

distance of the "Reed Convention Center" where the Dinner

will take place Saturday night.

We will assemble for the Friday night social at the Tinker AFB Officer's ClubAttendance will be taken at the entrance to the large banquet room. Security arrangements will be made for those that do not have a valid military ID card. Beverages will be available for resposible consumtion and dinner will be available in the dining room for those who wish to partake.
Transportation will be available for those who may imbibe more than they should.

We will not however make arrangements to get anyone released from Air Police

custody for any reason, our turn in the barrel ended some time ago.

At noon on Saturday, the 2nd floor of "Chelino's"
mexican restaurant has been reserved for casual dining with all the condiments that go along with same.
"Chelino's" is located in Bricktown After lunch entertainment & shopping is available throughout the Bricktown area.

Saturday night activities will start at 1900 hours at the "Reed Convention Center".
Master of Ceremonies will be
Charles "Arlo" Sublett

with a possibility of

Hugh "Bug's" Forsyth
being the guest speaker. Entertainment will be provided by the "Moe Clown Trio".

Special arrangements have been made for
General Jack U. Hoff

to attend. You won't want to miss this, the General has been out of touch for sometime but when contacted he said and I quote "I wouldn't miss the opportunity to address the troops for a million dollars" end quote.

Names, addresses etc. will be taken at the door and the price of admission will likely be around $30 per person. You might be able to pay in advance for a discounted price???
Casual attire is the dress for the Saturday night dinner.

1. Slacks and sport shirt for the men will be acceptable.

2. Skirt and Blouse or Dress for the women will be acceptable.

3. Jeans and sneakers will not be acceptable attire under any conditions.

4. Proper Social manners will be expected & accepted.

We need some pictures of your early days with the 507th. They will be posted around the room where we hold the Fiday night social function at the O'Club. Everyone will be able to recognize just how much we have aged through the years. Mail your photo's to
