Today (5/5/03) is 5 years clean from CANCER for me.
Update, Roy did graduate, the 27th of May. and now UNITY
Date June 03==This is about the DAR= Some of you might be interested+++Something that I have been intending to tell everybody (Treadaway descendants, anyway!). Dan was recently informed that he had been accepted into membership in the Sons of the American Revolution! We (I put together his documentation and filled out the application) utilized Daniel Treadaway, the great grandfather of J. D. Treadaway, as Dan's Patriot Ancestor. Our daughter Danielle DeLoache Carroll has also applied for DAR membership on the same line, but we haven't received word from them yet. I am also a recent DAR member, but Dan wanted Danielle to use his line first, then she can use my lines as supplementals. Perhaps some other Treadaway descendants would be interested in pursuing membership in those groups--DAR and SAR. You might spread the word to anyone whom you think might be interested. Other Treadaway-related lines which qualify for those memberships include the Valentine Sevier (wife Joannah Goad) and William Matlock (wife Catherine Sevier) descendants. Sharon DeLoache
