Kabuki Klash, what an excellent fighting game thi game turned out to be! Based on far "east of Eden" games this little game turns out to be really fun, with plenty of moves to do, some secret characters, anime style graphics, and more!
Everything in the game looks good, and the anime and animation are pretty good. Each character has a nice storyline,and their own weapon{heh, theres a little girl with a huge axe,really funny} the sound in the game is also very well done, and the sound effects sound a bit familiar to me but overall are also fine.
The fighting style is quite similar to samuri showdown{like the fact each character has their own weapon} although there are some diffrences, like the ability to throw your weapon{of course you'll need to get it back otherwise you wont have much of special moves,although some actually work only when there is no weapon}.
Basically KK is a fine game, could use some more characters and more special moves, but is really quite fine...and hard!{the final boss is a bitch alright, once I killed him he changed into a huge dragon thingie, damn hard to kill i'll say}.
So onward with the point giving!
Graphics 8: Excellent animation, characters are really cool, special moves are clorful... hey what can I say? Good! Also the super moves are really cool, all anime style! I only took some points off for background, which sometimes are not that good.
Sound 9: excellent sound effects! from the weapon hitting to the super moves being done, and the music is very good too!
Controls 6: I have had some problems running some of the specials, but basically the controls are fair, you'll need some practicing in order to get it right.
Fun?: pretty much, the anime is quite cool, and the little girl with the axe killed me... it's a fun game to playwith your friends.
Replayability?: perhaps but there are better fighting games out there.
