Introduction
You have been chosen to be member of a team of  scientists researching animals. 
You will use the internet and nonfiction books to find information on the animal 
you choose to research.  Your report will be recorded on manilla paper with illustrations.  Have fun and happy hunting.

The Task 

1..  You will find four facts about your animal and record them on a piece of manilla drawing paper with proper illustrations.

      example questions to guide you:

What kind of animal do you have(insect, mammal, bird, fish)?
Where can your animal be found - Where does is live in the world?
                                                  What kind of environment does it live in?
What does your animal eat?
How long does your animal live?
What interesting characteristics does your animal have?

The Process

1.  First you will be assigned to a team of 3 students.
2.  You will work together using internet sites and books to complete your research.
3.  Your team will research the same animal or group of animals, but will record different facts than the other team members.
4.  Record facts onto notebook paper as you find them in the research material.
5.  Spell and grammar check sentences before publishing onto manilla paper.
6.  You will fold a piece of 11 X 18 manilla drawing paper into four equal squares.
7.  In each square, you will write your fact about your animal in a complete sentence.
8.  In each square, you will illustrate the fact (your illustration must match the sentence)

Conclusion

By completing this webquest, you gain knowledge of how to research for
