Alexis Wilhoite's Miracle Story
I was born March 16,1996 3 days after my mommy's
birthday; a nice belated
birthday gift for my mommy she
says. 2 days after my birth the doctors found
out I had severe necrotizing
entercolitis (gangrene of the intestines) along
with
spinal meningitis in the blood
stream with the e coli bacteria. The
doctors really
predicted the worst for me but my parents refused to believe it or give
up hope.
After 9 months in NICU and 2 major surgeries to remove
30% of my
large intestine I came home and started therapy.
Today THANKS TO
GOD AND EVERYONES PRAYERS
I am a healthy average 4 year and HAVE PROVED THE
DOCTORS WRONG!!!
So you see GOD CAN WORK MIRACLES and so we tell our story
not to brag
about or daughter but to give HOPE to other
people and say WE
KNOW GOD IS
IN CONTROL OF ALL THINGS EVEN THOUGH IT
MAY NOT ALWAYS SEEM THAT
WAY.
OUR FAMILY IS LIVING PROOF OF THIS and we met several friends with
babies very preemie and with problems a
few we keep in touch
with and you
should see them now.
