Descending
By Jennifer Cantu

And there she walks
Another memory placed in her brain
Another thought
She's walking farther away
To a different scene, she can never stop
She sees herself dying
The worlds killing her
She's so afraid, scared to be alone
She's so afraid
She's dying inside, she's broken
And crumbling,
And she knows its all her fault
She knows she's too weak to be strong
She knows it's always going to be wrong
But she'll smile and laugh like it's
alright,
She's never going to be enough
and she's dying and tired of waiting,
tired of crying.
She's never going to be worth it
There's too many doubts and too many frowns
placed upon her,
She's going to kill herself
before they do, before they enjoy it.
Before they know it.
