I was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, on September 25, 1960. Although I moved around a lot, I always made it back to the area every few years to enjoy my Grandmother's "camp" on the river.
This was me, holding a rifle, ready to go target practice! Do NOT ever mention these wading boots to me! LOL!
Here was the view from the front of the camp. The camp was destroyed by a hurricane several years ago, but will always stay in my heart as the place of some of my favorite memories.
I usually had a run-in with the law while I was visiting the area! hehehe
Yeee Haaaw! So now I'm in Texas! Forget the boots...I'd rather ride in tennis shoes! ;)
